We had a very good service and were very satisfied. The hotel gave us the room ahead of entry time, after the long and tiring train ride and let us stay overtime before our return train to Hanoi. The hotel staff was very cooperative adjusting to our dietary needs at. Breakfast. We highly re omen. Dr. Isaac Klein, Israel

We loved the service and the helpful friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, had a great time and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is basic but at the price we thought it was good value and certainly fresh! We were leaving by train late at night and the manager let us use the room before we left to shower and provided a take away dinner pack, They booked tours etc and we thought it was a great service at a low price!

Good service from staff. Very accommodating. Simple but substantial breakfast.
Very damp. Bathrooms walls always wet. Could do with a heater for the room. Corridors and furniture on the balcony pretty dusty. Transport/trekking arrangements came with high surcharge. Better to arrange at tourism office at Sapa town square.

nice room, helpfull staff, our room was ready on arrival at 7in the morning, beautiful view, it was very cold and humid in sapa they gave us a heater without us asking,a few minutes walk to market and cat cat village. nothing missing in our room, computer tv with cable (HBO) etc. nothing bad to say about this hotel. if anything was wrong it was a question of nature not this hotel or it s staff.

We were very nicely welcomed in this hotel. We've booked two regular rooms and got upgraded without extra charge: one double deluxe room with amazing view on the mountains and a room for 4. We are traveling with 4 kids (13 to 5) so it did suit perfectly our needs. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine and the possibility to take a shower after our trek on the last day even tough checked out of the hotel. The breakfast is included and is good.
There was lots of humidity in the air and therefore the rooms were a little bit humid but nothing bad.

We could checkin early in the morning after the night train and could shower and sleep for a couple of hours. After checkout we could take a shower before getting on the nigh train without problems. Lovely people and great rooms with nice views.

The service was excelent. The staff were very kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place. We got upgraded to a better room with no extra cost and they gave us a free bottle of red wine.
The room smelt a bit damp.

The staff at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful, nothing was too much trouble ever. The Manager and his wife are very lovely people. The hotel is in a great location right in the township with beautiful mountain views.
The mattresses are hard, otherwise everything else was good.

Nice hotel in the centre of Sapa. Manager and staff are super friendly and cooperative. We arrived early and could immediately have our room. They do everything to make your stay pleasant. Rooms are very nice, clean and have everything you need, incl. Computer with free internet. Breakfast is nice.

Extremely friendly owners, see their gorgeous wedding photo in the lobby. Location is also great, in a semi-quiet street close to everything
The beds are hard in general but the mattresses in room 206 were really hard as concrete. After we complained we got a free upgrade to a superior room with an amazing view over the valley and a somewhat softer but much better mattress. Breakfast is served on the amazing rooftop terrace but only so so.

Great hotel and highly recommended. The staff is simply AWESOME and will do all they can to help you with anything. I doubt if I could find a better hotel with better staff in Sapa.

Really nice owner family business, the team loves to be with customers and make you happy. We were upgraded to the wonderful VIP room, where you can have a beautiful view over Sapa and the valley all around. Gives you the impression you are in a tower over the city, really nice! Couch, PC with internet, fruit, huge bathroom, private terrace outside to watch sunset...
The only thing I did not like about Sapa Luxury Hotel was the matress/beds: they are really really too hard, it gives pain in the back. If they would change it, it would be perfect "number one hotel" in Sapa.
